I AM THAT I AM This pandemic is very stressful for the entire human race, within the families the lockdown is causing unsaid stress and signs of depression which many cannot see as of now. Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. This is a very easy 2-minute meditation technique that will help you to stay calm and relax during these difficult times. This can be done sitting with the entire family even kids too. Choose 2-time slots in the entire day and sit with the entire family and do this small exercise. Make it a daily habit during the entire lockdown period. Trust me this is going to be a big tool in the coming days to defeat boredom, anxiety stress, and depression.
