Svadhisthana is the center of pleasure and when this energy is healthy it brings a powerful and natural feeling of intimacy to the individual. And gives you the energy to convert your dreams into reality.

It is considered strong and healthy when the ideas of passion and intimacy are seen as pleasurable and natural, and bring a feeling of happiness to your body and spirit. Life is joyous and bright.

An individual with blocked Sacral Chakra will encounter emotional and intimacy issues in relationships.
